Each day for the next six days I will post my predictions for each division this year, at the end of the six days I will post my idea of who I think wins the awards and go through the playoffs.

1:Boston Celtics

Last Year they reached the NBA finals and took it all the way to game 7. They managed to keep coach Rivers, Paul Pierce, Ray Allen and get Shaq. This year looks good for Boston fans. They will have trouble in some games like LA, Miami, Orlando, and others, but all the players seem to have a championship, be a veteran, and Doc Rivers is one of the best coaches in the league.

2:New York Knicks

The fans have wanted this for so long. The last time New York was any good was when they had Patrick Ewing. They added Stoudamire this season and Turiaf should help this team. I also like Danilo Gallinari and what he can bring to this team, they added T-Mac last season, but probably wont keep him. Raymond Felton also came from Charlotte, and to top that, Wilson Chandler is a pretty good player, even if I do overrate him. Mike D’Antonio may not be ready for a championship, but they can finish pretty high, lets go New York.

3:Philidelphia 76ers

The Sixers grabbed Evan Turner, and Andre Igoudala is a good player. Elton Brand has a bad contract but is a veteran who will help the team. Watch out for new coach Doug Collins, he has always helped teams he’s worked for. Keep your eye on Iverson, he has a bad attitude and doesn’t help anymore, but Philly probably still wants him. I like Willie Green better, and Samuel Dalembert finally got to leave. Now they have Spencer Hawes and Andres Nocioni. It might not be the same Sixers who got to the playoffs 2 years ago but it’s a start. I also feel like they purposely played badly last year, do they really want my boy Perry Jones so badly that they will do that again?

4:New Jersey Nets

They didn’t get Lebron which was a let down, then again, it was also a let down for New York and look where I ranked them. If you cant get the 2-time MVP, then 1:your team should have played better, and 2:you should get over it. They finished last season with the worst record in the NBA and got only the 3rd pick in the draft. Play worse if you want John Wall. I do like Derrick Favors, and my favorite player coming into the NBA, Damion James, can become a great player if he is coached correctly. Devin Harris, Courtney Lee And Brook Lopez didn’t have very good seasons last year, but it seems to me that hey purposely played worse than they could have. After all, they beat Chicago in New Jersey and Boston on the road. You can say that they had bad games but New Jersey was supposed to play better than that, any answers?

5:Toronto Raptors

I have a Chris Bosh jersey at my house. The jersey is a nice one that proudly show Bosh was on the Raptors. Toronto almost made the playoffs, so why didn’t Bosh stay? because they Almost made the playoffs, and 2 years ago they didn’t get close. Jarett Jack is playing shooting guard and Hedo Turkoglu was traded to Phoenix, nice, thanks a lot, and it doesn’t hep to say Chris Bosh quit, would you say a teacher who had given birth to a child quit if she stayed home for a year after giving birth? And if you really wanted to keep him, instead of saying he’s probably going to leave, try as hard as possible to keep him. If he still leaves, well, your loss. This is your franchise, and now you blew it and have fallen to the bottom of the east. Next time do something when you have a chance, maybe you’ll learn a thing or two.
